She is committed to providing the best service to meet the needs of the company, its investors, and tenants. Kristin came to us from the National Council of Compensation Insurance, where she worked as an Experience Rating Analyst. There she analyzed industry trends and prepared workers' compensation insurance rate recommendations. A native to Boca Raton, Kristin graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent as well as certified in Argus Valuation DCF. |

Chad Kelly Chad Kelly has worked in the Florida real estate market since 1997. His background involves experience in buying, building and selling businesses since 1988, making him an asset to our leasing and investment sales team. He is a state certified building contractor specializing in all phases of commercial and residential construction and is also a government contractor with security clearance to work on and around military installations. Chad is also a licensed mortgage broker and certified accounts receivable factoring specialist. |
